General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and au9 ("au9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the au9 online casino and sports betting platform available at au9.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and progressive web application versions thereof.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with au9's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus-specific terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and au9 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or arrangements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
Eligibility & Age Restriction

- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
Age Verification Process
au9 employs a two-stage age verification process. At registration, you must confirm by declaration that you are 18 years of age or older. Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any other point au9 determines verification is necessary — you will be required to submit valid Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation confirming your identity and age. Acceptable documents include a Bangladesh National ID card (NID) or a valid passport. Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is successfully completed.
Underage Gambling Prevention
au9 strongly recommends that parents and guardians make use of internet filtering and parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. Account Registration & Security
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the au9 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances across all duplicate accounts. If you inadvertently create a duplicate account, you must contact [email protected] immediately to have the duplicate closed.
Accurate Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. au9 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. You must not share your account access details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as your own action, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact au9 support immediately and change your password.
Account Verification (KYC)
au9 is committed to operating a safe and secure platform. As part of this commitment, all accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawal functionality is enabled. The KYC process requires submission of the following:
- Proof of Identity: A clear photograph of a valid Bangladesh National ID card (NID) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
- Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the past three months confirming your residential address.
- Selfie Verification: A selfie photograph taken alongside your identity document for facial match confirmation.
KYC verification is typically completed within two to four hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. au9 may request additional documentation at any time if required by its compliance procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve months. au9 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of ৳200 per month on inactive accounts following the initial twelve-month inactive period. Prior to applying any inactivity fee, au9 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder at the email address on file. Any remaining balance after applicable fees will be preserved and available upon account reactivation following identity verification.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
au9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-compatible payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions on au9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). au9 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not process transactions in currencies other than BDT.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your au9 BDT balance in under 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.
- au9 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the payment provider on their end are the responsibility of the player.
- All funds deposited to au9 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account closure and return of funds to the source account.
- au9 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on deposits that trigger fraud prevention thresholds, which may delay credit to the account pending manual review.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per day are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering practice.
- KYC identity verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed. au9 will not release funds to an unverified account under any circumstances.
- Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within three to six hours during BST business hours.
- au9 charges no withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by the receiving payment provider are outside au9's control and are the responsibility of the player.
- au9 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing in cases where enhanced due diligence is required, including large withdrawals, unusual betting patterns, or requests made shortly after a first deposit without meaningful gameplay.
Anti-Money Laundering
au9 is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes. All transactions are subject to automated monitoring. Where suspicious activity is detected, au9 may freeze account funds, request additional documentation, and report the matter to relevant authorities as required. Players must not use the au9 platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling with funds from legitimate personal income or savings.
Bonuses & Promotions
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in each offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Bangladesh-resident players only, are limited to one bonus per player per household per IP address, and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other active bonus unless stated otherwise.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by au9 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated to be bonus-free or cash promotions. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the combined bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are stated in the specific terms of that promotion. Players must review these requirements before claiming any bonus.
Game Contributions to Wagering
Not all game types contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following contribution rates apply:
- Slots: 100% contribution towards wagering requirements.
- Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution towards wagering requirements.
- Table Games: 10% contribution towards wagering requirements.
- Sports Betting: 100% contribution at odds of 1.50 or higher per selection; bets at shorter odds do not contribute.
- Fishing Games & Crash Games: 50% contribution unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses have an expiry date and/or wagering deadline from the time of issuance. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. The expiry timeline for each bonus is clearly stated in its specific terms at the time of issuance.
Bonus Abuse
au9 operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using betting strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements at negligible risk; exploiting technical errors or system glitches to accumulate bonus funds beyond intended limits; colluding with other players to transfer bonus value. au9 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close the account of any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of au9, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
- Registering or maintaining more than one account on the platform.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any other illegal source.
- Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event through collusion, match-fixing, insider knowledge, or any form of cheating.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the au9 platform, including other players' accounts, administrative systems, or game servers.
- Exploiting technical glitches, software errors, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair financial advantage. You must report any such errors to au9 immediately upon discovery.
- Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or defamatory towards au9 staff, support agents, or other players.
- Using your au9 account as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
- Allowing any other person, including family members, to access your au9 account, place wagers on your behalf, or conduct any transactions using your account credentials.
au9 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these obligations and to take appropriate action, which may include immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, permanent closure of the account, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your au9 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the payment method on file after identity confirmation. Any unmet bonus wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus funds upon account closure.
Suspension or Closure by au9
au9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms or any specific promotion terms.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
- Suspected or confirmed underage gambling.
- Irregular or suspicious betting patterns indicating match manipulation, exploitation of system errors, or coordinated abuse.
- Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal from a payment provider in connection with a deposit made to the account.
- Request by a law enforcement authority, regulatory body, or payment processing partner.
Effect of Closure
Upon account closure by au9 for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where no breach has been established and closure is at au9's discretion for commercial reasons, any verified balance will be returned to the player through the payment method on file within a reasonable processing period.
Self-Exclusion
Players wishing to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to five years, or a permanent self-exclusion with no future reactivation. Self-exclusion requests must be made by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended, all marketing communications will be suppressed, and the player will be unable to access the platform. Limitation of Liability
Platform Availability
au9 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party network disruptions, or circumstances beyond au9's reasonable control may result in temporary platform downtime. au9 will not be liable for any loss — including gambling losses incurred during or attributed to periods of disruption — arising from platform unavailability.
Game Outcomes
All game outcomes on au9 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or by the outcome of real-world sporting events. au9 has no ability to influence or predict game outcomes and accepts no liability for the result of any wager placed on the platform. Gambling involves risk; you may lose the entirety of any funds you deposit and wager.
Technical Errors
In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or misconfigured game parameter that results in winnings being paid out at incorrect amounts, au9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the account balance to reflect what would have been the correct outcome under properly functioning conditions. au9 is not obligated to honour any payout that arises solely from a technical error and not from the legitimate outcome of a properly functioning game.
Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, au9's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to au9 in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The au9 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. au9 does not warrant that the platform will meet your specific requirements, that it will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe.
